Our Maxi-Cosi convertible car seat range offers the perfect solution for parents wanting to keep their child safer for longer. Offering superior safety features such as Air ProtectTM and GCELL, with Maxi-Cosi you can feel assured that we have your child’s safety taken care of.

Convertible car seats are for use in rearward facing position until your child’s shoulders reach the lower shoulder eight marker. The convertible car seat then can be used in forward facing position until the shoulders reach the upper shoulder height marker, (approx. 4 years of age).

At Maxi-Cosi we believe that your child is safer rearward facing for longer so that is why we recommend that you keep your child rearward facing until their shoulder reaches the middle shoulder height marker, around 30 months.

Our Maxi-Cosi convertible car seats offer parent’s piece of mind that their baby is safe and secure, while they can continue to live the life they want. Our convertible car seats are safe, practical, comfortable and easy to install thanks to Isofix and easy to follow belt guides.

You can’t go past our range of convertible car seats for safety, quality, comfort and style.

Rearward facing:

All car seats must be installed rearward facing from newborn to approx. 30 months of age or until the infant's shoulders meet the middle height marker because (where indicated), in an accident, rear-facing car seat reduces the impact on a baby's vulnerable head and neck. A rearward-facing car seat protects your child's head and neck by spreading the forces over the whole back.
